Mary joined Saphineia from Hearthside (now Makers Pride), where most recently, Mary worked as a Scrum Master, leading enterprise-wide initiatives to standardize processes, enhance workforce capabilities, and deliver measurable efficiency gains.
During her time at Hearthside, she led Continuous Improvement training and development initiatives across 13 bakery and bars sites, driving standardization and operational excellence throughout the platform. Prior to that, she served as CI Supervisor at Hearthside’s McComb baking facility, overseeing scrap reduction initiatives and leading projects to improve throughput, optimize headcount, and minimize waste.
Her experience spans production, quality, and employee training and development across multiple product categories, giving her a holistic view of food manufacturing operations.
Mary is bilingual in English and Spanish and holds certifications as a Scrum Master, ADKAR coach and training facilitator, Kaizen facilitator, and Train the Trainer facilitator.
