Marc built his career at leading food, foodservice, and consumer goods companies, with experience spanning procurement strategy, MRP, distribution, and plant operations, giving him a practical, end-to-end view of the supply chain. Over three decades, he has driven multimillion-dollar savings, managed global teams, and delivered complex category transformations through cross-functional collaboration across Procurement, R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations.
He joined Saphineia from Sherwin-Williams, where he managed over $1B in strategic raw materials and led international category teams across North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia, and ANZ. In that role, he designed and implemented high-impact supplier contracts globally. Previously led the integration of Valspar’s procurement function and supply base into Sherwin-Williams following the 2017 acquisition.
Before that, Marc held leadership roles at HAVI, where he led packaging strategy for McDonald’s North America, including the full relaunch of coffee cup platforms across 15,000+ restaurants in the U.S. and Canada.
Earlier in his career, Marc held key Supply Chain & Procurement roles at Kraft Foods and Nabisco, integrating the two organizations in 2001 and supporting Kraft’s divestiture from Altria.
