Dennis has 30+ years of global leadership in workplace safety and environmental health, with deep experience in driving performance, compliance, and cultural change across large-scale food, consumer product and industrial organizations. Dennis also brings substantial expertise and thought leadership in Lean manufacturing, Quality Management Systems and Total Productive Manufacturing (“TPM”).

Dennis’s career includes senior leadership roles with Unilever, Kimberly-Clark, SC Johnson, and L3Harris, where he led enterprise-level SHE initiatives and Lean Manufacturing programs in both global and regional capacities.

Among Dennis’s many accomplishments:

  • 80% reduction in accidents as Unilever’s Corporate Group Manager for SHE
  • As global SHE leader at Kimberly-Clark and L3 Harris, he helped each of these companies achieve the lowest incident rates in company history
  • At Unilever, he spearheaded a Total Productive Maintenance/Lean transformation across thirty manufacturing sites in North America that increased OEE from 60% to >85%

Dennis is the Shingo Award-winning author of Lean Sustainability. The Shingo Award is a global recognition award given to organizations and individuals that demonstrate exceptional operational excellence and a deep commitment to Lean principles.
