Bill Popper

Bill joined Saphineia from Certified Group, a Warburg Pincus-backed platform invested in the TIC space (Testing, Inspection and Certification), where he was EVP and Chief Information Officer (CIO). Prior to Certified, Bill was the CIO at Envigo Inc., a PE-backed global Contract Research Organization (CRO). Prior to Envigo, Bill served as SVP and Global CIO at ABM, a Fortune 500 company with 140,000+ employees and $6B turnover. In these roles, Bill managed the Information & Technology organizations and was a key integration leader on major investments and acquisitions. Earlier in his career, Bill also served in CIO roles at at W.P. Carey a NYC based triple Net REIT, and Covance Inc, a $2B+ Global Drug Development company. Bill began his career on Wall Street but moved over to Management Consulting after his MBA, landing at Tetley USA which, after a leveraged buyout, launched his transition to Executive IT management and M&A career.
