Andra Schwab

Andra joined Saphineia from BrightFarms, Inc. where she was responsible for implementing a new PPM framework capable of handling workstreams across 9 indoor farms. This framework covered the overarching CAPEX project pipeline, CI Workstream Management ecosystem, and a robust People & Culture portfolio powering mega-recruitment and learning & development tracking for the 3 newest state-of-the-art indoor greenhouses launched in 2024/2025 in IL, TX and GA.

Andra came to BrightFarms from Xometry, Inc. At Xometry, Andra led much of the organizational integration efforts following its acquisition of Thomas, with an emphasis on integrating Tech resources, and scaling Product and Operations teams by driving underlying process and system change needed to support rapidly shifting strategies.

Prior to that, Andra had a long history driving Technology and Business Transformation projects and programs as head of the PMO at Thomas, beginning with the Thomas Register of American Manufacturers migration to what is now Thomasnet.com (the leading online marketplace for manufacturing procurement professionals and engineers). Andra’s accomplishments also included the evolution of the Thomasnet Navigator platform, a best-in-class modular platform enabling private-labeled parametrically searchable catalogs with e-Commerce and CAD capabilities for industrial manufacturers and suppliers.
