Aaron is a Manufacturing and Supply Chain Executive with 15+ years of experience building processes, products and teams. An early hire at Impossible Foods, he helped scale the company from startup to an industry leader, specializing in factory builds, turnarounds, supply chain network strategy and new product introductions.
Most recently, Aaron served as Vice President of Supply for Impossible. In this role, Aaron drove the transformation of processes from lab and kitchen to full-scale factory production, building a global manufacturing network with both owned and contract operations. His leadership delivered a 176% increase in production output and a 47% reduction in production cost, while setting up plants, organizations, and supply chain networks worldwide.
Prior to Impossible Foods, Aaron spent several years conducting high-impact biophysics research, with publications in top scientific journals including Nature.
